Photo shows Dunc Woods standing beside his log cabin at Trout Creek, Summerland, note sod roof, Dunc Woods, in 1899 staked the Mascot Fraction (on Nickelplate Mt. at Hedley), which remained undeveloped until he sold out in 1933. Dunc Woods also had claims at Stumpville.
