Father of Mary, Katherine, Margaret, and Annie Findlay and possible Jud Findlay. Came to Kaleden in 1913. The crew who built the hotel/store also built the Findlay home at the top of Lake Hill Road, which was later owned by F.W. King. The Findlays moved in 1924 to small two bedroom home on the same driveway as main house but closer to Lake Hill Road.
